Design For Procurement Program Of Oil And Gas Pipeline Construction Based On The Project Group

Project Commodity is an important part of engineering project. Its prompt and economic supply has important significance to the project. And reasonable purchase has vital effect to strengthening the efficiency of purchasing, reducing the waste of purchasing and reducing construction cost and implementing engineering project smoothly.In this paper, the study projects are the procurement management activities of goods and materials. This focus on the study, this paper focuses on the following:(1) Research on basic theory, mainly related to logistics, supply chain and procurement;(2) Analysis of Purchasing Management. Analysis on the purchase of materials under the conditions of one project management;(3) Process design to project group procurement management, and the demand determine, the implementation of the procurement, storage, a library, inventory, and the return of the remaining material management processes were redesigned.(4) at last, this paper points out the indemnity measures for the new program.
