Study Of Development Project On Road Port Logistics In Heilongjiang Province

Foreign trade of China will enter into an important period in the next ten years, as for Heilongjiang Province, it is also the critical period to promote foreign economic and trade cooperation in science and technology. In order to make clear the demand of port logistics in Heilongjiang Province, build a development model of port logistics and make plan on Heilongjiang Province port logistics infrastructure, to promote economic development of port area, enhance economic development and port trade services, the paper carried out the research on three aspects as follows:1. Demand research on Heilongjiang Province road port logistics. The paper make a comprehensive analysis of status and role of Heilongjiang province in Sino-Russian trade, forecast the volume of road freight on the basis of full feasibility studying in Heilongjiang Province.2. The study on building models of Heilongjiang Province port logistics system. Combined with the research on demand for port logistics, the paper analyze the port logistics system of Heilongjiang province from policy environment and information system.3. Planning on infrastructure of Heilongjiang Province Highway port. On the basis of forecasting of volume of road freight, the paper make a implementation arrangements on development of port infrastructure from development of road port and planning on road station.This research will provide important reference for development project on road port logistics in Heilongjiang Province, and establish the bases to promote its economic development.
