Study On The Planning Of The Border Port’s Logistics Development In Heilongjiang

Heilongjiang province is located in northeast frontier of china, and it’s also the centreof the northeast Asia, which has become the hinterland opened to Russia and other ciscountries. Heilongjiang province has many advantages in the development of the frontierborder port logistics with a unique geographical location, labor, resources and economicaspects ect. Its15frontier ports undertake most of the trade volume between China andRussia, Eastern Europe, Japan South Korea and other. They are also the main channel majorBridges in the passenger-cargo bilateral and multilateral economic and trade exchanges. Thedevelopment of The border port logistics can greatly promote Heilongjiang and thenortheast area of china’s economy and social development, expand the opening to theoutside world, accelerate the regional integration process. After the analysis to Heilongjiangprovince and its border port city’s economic development, transportation infrastructure,foreign trade and the plan of Heilongjiang province, This article use linear regressionanalysis, time series forecasting method and grey method to forecast the demand of logisticsin the frontier ports in Heilongjiang province. This article aims at establishing the portlogistics system and providing certain ideas for the development of logistics in Heilongjiangprovince.
