The SMEs is an important part of the national economy, and it plays an important rolein economic growth, blooming market, and innovating technology, creating employmentand stabilizing the society, but the financing difficulty is troubling most SMEs. Because thecapital market is underdeveloped and the financial system is not perfect and so on, SMEs'financing mainly depends on commercial banks'loans. But the asymmetric informationbetween bank and enterprise is the basic reason for the credit rationing, especially theunperfected modern corporate system of SMEs and the lifetime responsibility system forloan acted by commercial banks.Through the analysis of asymmetric information between bank and enterprise, weconstruct the credit game static and dynamic model and the bank and enterprise's creditbehaviors in static and finite repeated games under perfect information are emphaticallyintroduced, and we get that the better cooperative relationship between bank and enterpriseis not only beneficial to bank and enterprise, but also to the maximum of social welfare. Inaddition, we also discuss the importation of mutual learning and learning from other groupsin the game of group lending under perfect information, and figure out the importation ofbreach costs to the ultimate equilibrium. For the game under imperfect information, weanalyze the effect of the probability of bank loan and enterprise repayment to the bank andenterprise's credit behaviors through establishing mathematical model under imperfectinformation. Eventually we gave some suggestions from the view of solution to asymmetricinformation between bank and enterprise of our country based on the analysis of gameresult of above mentioned model.
