At present China’s economy is experiencing a rapid development during which many corporations are facing with many problems as well as rapid development. In terms of business profit, managements in these corporations are not only pursuing the short-term profit, but also looking for long-term interests and trying their best to build up a found and comprehensive foundation for the company. It has become a hot topic among many managements, Performance Management Dept. and experts in the field of Human Resource Performance Management to discusshow to get the maximum long term benefit and successfully apply the Performance oriented management into the practice of corporation’s development so that results in a rapid development.Human Resource is playing a more and more important role during corporations’development. There are some problems in China’s Human Resource system which appeared especially on the imperfect of the system. The problems normally including the lack of business managers, the lack of effective communication between business managers and subordinators, and the lack of sincere cooperation spirit in team work and so on. Companies are facing with many urgent problems such as how tobetter solve these problems which existing in Performance Management, and how to apply Game Theory in real operation environment so that above mentioned problems could be solved effectively and thus to continuously improve corporates’Performance Evaluation System as well as to improve the defects in order to find out a new theory of development and innovation.According to what have been discussed above, this essay choose H printing enterprise as the case and mainly focus on the Game Theory between Labor and Cost which is existing in the enterprise’s Human Resource Management. And it also applies the Game Theory in Human Resource Management and set up a stable Human Resource Management System in order to build a stable and harmonious managing environment. The opinions raised by this essay only are as following:(1) Based on the principles of game theory, build the static "non-zero-sum" model, solved the performance management of human resource department managers between the "window".(2) With H printing enterprise as the research object, Build a dynamic game model, solve the human resources performance management between managers and subordinates "on policy makers" the plight of the problem.
