Research On Development Stratagy Of Logistics Park In TEDA

Following with accelerating of economic globalization process, TEDA's economic total scale and the whole capacity of transportation increased every year, the requirement of the customers turned diversify, and the requirement for modern logistic turned severely. So the planning and construction of logistic park is looked as the breakpoint of pushing the development of modern distribution. Therefore, scientific and reasonably analyzing for the planning and construction of the logistic park and avoiding the waste of land use or low level repeat construction while fully fulfilling the customer's requirement turned to be really important to TEDA.Based on this concept, this article compared the domestic and overseas'logistic parks'condition and development tendency. With the view of industrial concentration and territory economy theory, it also analyzed with Q&A investigation and result analyses, formed the theory basis and the total framework for TEDA's logistic park's planning and construction, and provided related suggestion for the logistic park's planning and construction.
