As people’s income and living standards improved, people pay more attention on their living environment and working conditions, and the demand for high-end products will show a rising trend. In the domestic market, there are good foregrounds for Chinese furniture. In the next10years, the demand will be increased amount of10%to15%annually.In this paper, furniture market development and trends are briefly described, including the wooden furniture industry for the problems were analyzed, combined with China’s macroeconomic situation and the future development of wood industry trend of Guangming Wood gate the external environment and internal conditions, a comprehensive analysis and research, specifically the company’s problems and future development. To sum up, the doors of businesses required to:the target market positioning strategy, differentiation strategy, brand strategy and "going out" strategy for enterprise development strategies, for improving their core competitiveness to after these strategies, going through to the international market.
