| The coming of Knowledge Economics has proved that as a kind of producing element however knowledge plays and will be playing an important role for competition among enterprises. The Knowledge Management has become a popular topic of Management researching. Now the most necessary problem to solve is how managers carry on the Knowledge Management in the most effective and efficient way. And at the meantime the Strategy for an enterprise is the most important thing. Strategy for a company can be understood to be a sort of knowledge. And composing and carrying on the strategy is also a sort of Knowledge Management process. So by studying KM process we can find another angle to look at the Enterprise Strategy and to help our Strategy Research form in a scientific way. It could bring new sight and methods towards Strategy Study.This paper of thesis is trying to figure out the relationship between the Strategies Planning and the Knowledge Management, trying to use the KM as methodology to apply to the Strategies Planning. Nowadays the researches on Carrying the KM into execution are rarely seen. People now are focusing the meaning of the KM. After reading a lot of papers, based on the practice carrying onto the specific company, the author applied the Knowledge Fermentation Model to the Strategies Planning, Studying and Execution which is creative, and built a relationship between the Learning Organization and the Strategy Learning. I believe that the key point of the Strategy Learning is building a KM platform and the Learning Organization in the enterprise. And I believe that my work will help the enterprises searching in the Strategy Planning, which is one of my writing purposes. |
