On The Complexity Orgnazition Management From A Philosophical Perspective

Traditional methods and forms of organization management already have difficulty to control many complexity problems for organization. The Sciences of Complexity provide some inspirational opinions to the management of organization by "linear" and "reducible" which are different from former way of thinking. The application of the Sciences of Complexity to the field of management has become an important trend and a hot topic in the development of management thoughts.Many experts and scholars have given a lot of different understandings on the Complexity Organization Management. This dissertation begins with an overview of existed research on the Complexity Organization Management at home and abroad, and then discusses clarification of the Complexity Organization Management from semantics, tools, and other aspects and the mechanism of the introduction of the Complexity Organization Management. In the following part, this dissertation analyses the methods of the Complexity Organization Management through comparisons of traditional management and enumerates the corresponding forms of the Complexity Organization Management, further explains what is the Complexity Organization Management using examples. Finally this thesis ponders many philosophy implications of the Complexity Organization Management.In this thesis, the clarification of the Complexity Organization Management not only uses the object method, but differentiates from the tool of organization management, only those organization management adopting the complexity science theory and the complexity science method can be called the Complexity Organization Management. It is an introduction of the Sciences of Complexity into organization management, and a comprehensive, dynamic and flexible process of application through a method of non-reduction, self-organization and metaphor. It also needs to transform the thinking mode, and managers should take organization as a complex system. This is also the biggest superiority when comparing the Complexity Organization Management with the tranditional organization management. The unique method of the Complexity Organization Management is realized through many modes, including transformations of organization system, organizational structure and so on, as integrate managing company, fractal managing company, learning organization, chaordic organization and other specific forms. In fact, the Complexity Organization Management is the transformation of management thoughts from simplicity to complexity.
