Based on the study of HG company about the process of product manufacturing - product development and production and quality control, this thesis applies quality management tools and methods for product quality improvement to ensure the management system well implemented. This meets the diverse marketing requirement, and achieves the increase of economic benefit target and the best competition during the same area.In order to improve the management system systematically, to increase the product quality steadily, to reduce quality cost, this thesis analyzes product quality issues and evaluates the validity of managing tools and methods in details. By using the effective study tools, the causes are found and analyzed and corrective actions and preventive actions are taken and extended to similar processes. The whole manufacturing system, plus product development, are well improved and controlled. The product quality assurance is the key element for whole process. The earlier focus on the quality and customer requirement, like at the development stage or before the production and PFMEA preparation, the more successful on lower cost of development and manufacturing to ensure the whole project finalized.The major contribution of this thesis is applying the quality tools for the bulk product, such as SPC. Normally, the bulk product is difficult to be applied by some statistical tools because of lacking stability. But this thesis makes it happened. Therefore, the study of statistics in this thesis moves the attention of product quality up to much earlier. It ensures the high quality design and production and reduces the cost of all processes to meet the customer satisfaction and increases company's competitiveness and reputation.
