With the quickly development of the economic globality, the state-owned enterprise will face a great deal of opportunities and challenges, and the competition among the enterprises become more and more aboil. In order to exist in the future competition, the enterprises must realize that the human resource is the key factor for them to form the core strength and gain the advantage in the competition. Then the importance of human resource management during the process of enterprise management became more and more obvious. The human resource management of the enterprise is an organic system, and each link is connected with each other closely in this system. While the performance management is the core of the system, which is the basic of other human resource work and run through all the links of the human resource management.The core of this thesis is to analyze and design the performance management system of Jingwei Textile Machinery Co.,Ltd Yuci Branch. First, the author introduces the background , the resreach contents and methods,the structural arrangement. At the same time, such related theories as content, function, process and the performance evaluation has also been discussed in the text. Then, the author analyzes the present condition of the performance management of Jingwei Textile Machinery Co.,Ltd Yuci Branch. In the end, basing on the relative theories and the present condition of the performance management of Jingwei Textile Machinery Co.,Ltd Yuci Branch, the author carries on the actual design of performance management for Jingwei Textile Machinery Co.,Ltd Yuci Branch and puts forward the safeguard measures that can strengthen the performance management.On the basis of drawing traits of performance management theories at home and from abroad, through the combination of theoretical analysis and positive analysis and the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the performance management of Jingwei Textile Machinery Co.,Ltd Yuci Branch has been studied by means of case study. Generally, the aim of this thesis is to build up the performance management system that can match the development of large state-owned enterprise.It is also expected by the author that this thesis can provide some references for human resources department of state-owned enterprise.
