Research On Application Of Lean Production Based On Continous Improvement

So many world-class international companies established their factories in China; they not only bring advanced manufacturing technology, but also the advanced concept and skills about management, such as the LP (Lean Production). At same time, more and more local companies fulfill LP to improve themselves, and have got positive result. But, many companies meet confuse: how to continuslt fulfill LP, and, some of them even are backward.Aiming at the above, based on researches, the paper provides some solutions: Firstly, the paper reviews how the LP started and developed.Then it gives the direction and method of reseach.Secondly, this paper researchs basic LP theory, clarifies the basic concepts and principles, analyzes the advantage of LP, and highlights the significance and difficulties to continuously fulfill LP. This paper also points out that fulfilling LP is not a project, but creating caulture and environment of LP.Next step, the paper lists the preconditions of implementing LP, researches how to guarantee to fulfill LP continuously from aspects of conducting 5S and Standard Operation. Then, emphasize the meaning of continuous improvement, meanwhile, reseach several basic tools and methods about improvement. At last, focus on the human resource, and get a conclusion: people development is the key point of continuously fulfilling LP.Then, the paper takes company D as example to validate the above methods. Through the perfect result to show that the mentioned tools and methods are effective and efficient. The paper also gives a strong message: to successfully fulfill the continuous LP, creating and maintaining the suitable environment is very important.At last, the author makes a summary for this paper.
