Research On Supply Chain Operation Mode Of Domestic Dairy Industry

Dairy industry is an important sector in agricultural economy in China. It is a significant meaning to speed up development of dairy industry for improving the meal structure of residents and body constitution , increasing peasant's income, and for optimizing industry structure of rural as well as promoting relevant industries.Following the development of national economy and level of resident income, people change their consumption habit and improvement of diet structure, so that the demand to dairy increasing promptly. In recent years,the dairy industry of our country has got great development. Supply and demand of milk and dairy products have increased at the very fast pace. But because the dairy industry of our country is still at initial stage of development at present,some problems to be solve urgently still exist in the course of developing.This research is based on a large amount of investigation and visit. The study object is variety stages of material milk, industrial processing, logistics and consumption. First, this research study from the situation and challenge of dairy industry, principle of SCM, features of agricultural SCM, to the current situation and operational mode of dairy industry in our country. Then, describe the feature, the mode, the problems and countermeasures of dairy SCM in current due to analyzing from organization and operation mode of material milk, processing situation to other SCM stages in current. Finally, this research drew a conclusion based on all above analysis, which is the ideal operation mode of dairy SCM including the inside and outside SCM. Furthermore, it also put forward a standpoint hereby that 3PL Dairy SCM is a good way to solve the difficulties of professional and taping the high-value market even to build the core competition for the companies in dairy industry.
