Research On Hebei Province Dairy Industry Chain And The Integration Mode

The dairy industry is recognized as the grain, high efficiency, high degree ofindustrial linkage industries, is one of the leading industries in the development ofagricultural modernization, to promote the adjustment of rural industrial structure and thecoordinated development of urban and rural areas, increase the income of farmers andplays an important role in improving the national physical quality, but also has importantstrategic position in promoting national economic development.Dairy industry requires high degree of integration, the development of dairy industryrelates to forage grass planting, production of raw milk, dairy products processing,marketing and consumption of dairy products and other links, the dairy industrycompetition is not a part of the competition, but the entire dairy industry chain competition,the dairy industry in Hebei province into the analysis framework of the industrial chain,using the literature research and social investigation status and influence on the three keylinks in the supply chain of raw milk dairy industry, dairy processing and dairyconsumption were analyzed, on the basis of two kinds of dairy industry chain for thedevelopment of dairy industry in Hebei province integration model, and puts forward thecountermeasures to realize the dairy industry chain integration model in Hebei province.The framework of the paper consists of five parts. The first part (the first chapter, thesecond chapter) is the introduction and the related theoretical basis, including the purposeand significance of the research papers, research status at home and abroad, the researchobject and the scope, contents and methods of the research, the basic theories including theindustrial chain theory, the scale economy theory and the sustainable development theory.The second part (the third chapter, the fourth chapter, the fifth chapter) is the research ofproduction status and influence factors of three main aspects of raw milk dairy industrysupply, dairy processing and dairy consumption in Hebei province. In Hebei province,rawmilk production status is herds and milk yield were decreased in different degree, but thescale breeding improvement, the raw milk and dairy products a high price, dairy farmingefficiency better than in previous years; the main problems include the low level of feedingand management of dairy farming community, dairy farmers in the dairy industry chain ina disadvantageous position, production supervision of aquaculture is weak, the seriousproblem of environmental pollution. The present situation of Hebei province dairyprocessing link is the industry concentration significantly improve, operating profit increased steadily since2008but the proportion of relatively high operating costs, theproducts are mainly middle and low liquid milk; the main problems is the lack of productR&D capability of dairy enterprises, the lack of brand competitive advantage, to the degreeof dairy industry chain integration is low. Hebei provincial dairy consumption is theconsumption of dairy products demand growth, but consumption of single species, obviousdifference in urban and rural areas, the consumption structure is unreasonable; effect ofresidents dairy consumption factors including residents of traditional diet structure andconsumer preferences, income levels, the retail price of dairy products, nutritionalknowledge and consciousness, the quality of dairy products, dairy products cognition cansubstitute the price, availability of dairy products. Through the analysis, obtain that Hebeiprovince dairy industry problems is not a link, but an industry chain system problem, needto integrate and optimize the dairy industry chain. The third part (the sixth chapter)constructed two Hebei dairy industry chain integration, they are large scale cow farmscombined with crop production of dairy chain model and the dairy company at the core ofthe industrial chain of mixed vertical integration model. The fourth part (the seventhchapter) is the suggestion, in order to realize the dairy industry chain integration model,this paper put forward the following suggestion: to deal with the relation betweengovernment and market, the construction of a modern dairy industry; standardized dairyfarming community, strengthen the innovation and application of dairy science andtechnology; actively promote the dairy industry integration business, innovation ofproduction and marketing of benefit coupling mechanism; pay attention to the ecologicalenvironment, the establishment of circular economy dairy industry chain; strengthen thedairy company, leading enterprises to raise the capacity of radiation. The fifth part (theeighth chapter) is the conclusion of the study, the main conclusions of this paper are rawmilk production is the key to affect the overall development of dairy industry in Hebeiprovince, the need to improve the level of feeding and management of cow, to strengthenthe dairy science and technology innovation and application, the development of ecologicalagriculture; Hebei province dairy industry integration degree is low, is not conducive to thedairy industry sustainable development, need to actively promote the Hebei dairy industryintegration business, innovate the benefit coupling mechanism of production andmarketing.
