With the global economy and the rapid development of China’s reform and opening intensified gradually, the thought of modern logistics and supply chain management gradually was introduced into China and thorough popular feeling. The modern logistics enterprise continuously integrate into the supply chain, the role in the supply chain has also gradually evolved from the passive command executor to the "chamberlain" who offers service to the core enterprise for supply chain,and the competition between the enterprises has evolved into the competition between the supply chain. At present, with the foreign investment logistics enterprises’integration into our country, the competition between the supply chain and the social resources has alsol increased. However, unscientific operation mode becomes the development bottleneck which restricted to our most third party logistics enterprises. And therefore, the research of the supply chain management model selection mechanism of the third party logistics enterprise from the perspective of resource integration that has important strategic significance and the practical significance.First of all, this paper starting from the discussion of theories of supply chain management and supply chain resources integration, combining with the representative logistics enterprise operation mode of the current academic circles, and summary out four typical operation mode suitable for the third party logistics enterprise supply chain management, that is the electronic commerce type logistics operation mode, the single-minded industry type mass customization of logistics operation mode, the virtual operational logistics operation mode, and the comprehensive set of logistics operation mode. Then, this paper analyzs the operation process and resource integration method for its operation process and resource integration method, obtaining the information resources, clients resources, and the ability of resource integration way and characteristics of every operation mode.That makes some parparation to choose a reasonable supply chain management operation mode for the third party logistics enterprise on its own development characteristics.Secondly, this paper analyzes the impact effect factors of the third party logistics enterprise supply chain management, applying of AHP and Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, combining with expert scoring and interview investigation, and classified the influence of the third party logistics enterprise supply chain management resource integration capability indexes into three dimensions.That is the existing resources and service ability, management and service capabilities, the integrate resources capabilities, and divided the dimension into7first level indexs,27second level indexs, then set the third party logistics enterprise supply chain management resource integration capability evaluation index system. At the same time, this paper further get the index system in weight set on basis of investigation and material.Then, this paper innovately put forward to the supply chain resource integration capability comprehensive evaluation as the core of the third party logistics enterprises supply chain operation mode selection ideas and the route choice model. After that, in combined with the third party logistics enterprise supply chain resource integration capability evaluation criteria, this paper set the typical supply chain management mode of the third party logistics enterprise supply chain resource integration capability evaluation benchmark, and accordingly in view of the evaluation benchmark as the reference to evaluate the case for the third party logistics enterprise supply chain operation mode selection.Finally, this paper takes the Tianjin Post Express Logistics Co., LTD.’s supply chain management as an example, analyzes its present situation in comprehensively and objectively, combining the proposed selection strategy, and on the basis of them, makes the supply chain resource integration capability a comprehensively evaluation, then determines the supply chain management suitable operation modes in current and future period of time in which the implementation of the enterprise, and puts forward some suggestions and measures, for reference.
