Study On Evaluation Technique Of Supply Chain Management Informationization

Informationization is one of the necessities for enterprises develop in the intense competition. The aims of supply chain management informationization are to ensure information flow smoothly, improve the efficiency and response. The study of supply chain management informatization is crucial and practical to effectively construct informationization .In academia, evaluation of informationization is one of the hot topics in Management Information System field .The following research pertinent to evaluation of supply chain informatization are discussed in this paper.Firstly, the origins of evaluation of supply chain informationization are discussed; Secondly, domestic and abroad research were reviewed ; Thirdly, the essence of supply chain informationization and the relationship between supply chain management and construction of supply chain informatization were explored; Fourthly, principles and method to build up index system of informationization evaluation accustomed to national condition was brought forward; Fifthly, how to calculate and evaluate the level of informationization through comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method were analyzed,taking quantitative and qualitative properties of supply chain into consideration; Finally, a online evaluation system was designed based on Internet B/S model on the ground of supply chain information and fuzzy evaluation index system. In regard to research method, this paper adopted properties combining the qualitative and quantitative supply chain, and evaluated supply chain informationization . Membership function, regular trapezium fuzzy mathematics, integral fuzzy mathematics and triangle fuzzy AHP were used to build up in index system..This paper innovated in the following points. Firstly, an index system of supply chain informationization oriented to Chinese national condition was build up with the COBIT model. Secondly, a comprehensive fuzzy evaluation was put forward . Subsequently, we systematically calculated by fuzzy AHP. Thirdly, we designed an online evaluation system on the basis of evaluation model.
