Under the tendency of competition globalization, the competition between enterprises has turned to be the competition of supply chain. The supply chain management receives more and more value in the enterprises. Therefore, the satisfaction of supply chain partners is also an extremely important question. The degree of supply chain partners' satisfaction has directly impact on the performance of partnership as well as the operating efficiency of entire supply chain operation .And it will affect the degree of satisfaction of terminal users.In most industry both at home and abroad, the leading enterprises in supply chain are manufacturers. Therefore, researches on the satisfaction evaluation of partners by manufacturer in the supply chain are of great theoretical and practical significance.First, the paper introduces research background, looking back the current research condition of supply chain partnership, pointing out the research shortage, and putting forward the research significance of the paper.Second, the paper discusses the correlated theories of supply chain partnership and partners' satisfaction, and analyzes the relationship between manufacturer and supplier as well as manufacturer and distributor in the supply chain.Third, the paper analyzes the influence factors of supply chain partner satisfaction, which mainly includes five dimensions, that is, ability, information share, faith, service quality and degree of profit promotion. According to the principle and procedure of establishment of evaluation index and the influence factors, the paper builds a systematic index of evaluation of partnership satisfaction by manufacturers under the supply chain.Fourth, according to the characteristic of evaluation index, the paper takes the Analytic Hierarchy Process method to confirm every index's coefficient, checks up the rationality of every index's coefficient by sensitivity analysis, and finally sets up the integrated evaluation index system.Finally, the paper has carried on an empirical analysis which takes Media Company as the manufacturer in a supply chain. Through questionnaire survey and material inquiry, we obtain its suppliers and distributors' materials. Then the author unifies index systematic of this article, using the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation, we have obtained the result of partner satisfaction evaluation of Media Company and confirmed the rationality as well as the validity of systematic index of this paper.
