The Development Of China's Provincial-level Development Zones And Influencing Factors

As product of China's reform and opening up,development zones are "experimental field"of our government's foreign capital utilization.After nearly 30 years' construction and development, development zones has become an important way for investment, job creation,tax revenue, and regional economic growth, a new growth point of China's economic development.Provincial-level development zones, as the largest number of development zones in China, is becoming the highlight of provincial economic development.they are promoting region economic growth. Provincial-level development zones also have serious regional disparities.In this paper, I reviewed the emergence,development, theoretical background and the current study of develpment zones all over the world at first, and then summarized the course of development zones at home and abroad, studied the imbalance development condition of China's provincial-level development zones.Based on the above analysis,the writer constructed seven factors from the external layer, embedded layer, network layer, through the linear regression model to analyze the impact of China's provincial-level development zone development with SPSS16.0. Regression analysis displays that the main influencing factors of the development of China's provincial-level development zones of in order is the overall economic strength - Policy - financial resources embedded - embedded in scientific and technological resources - network layer indicators from outside to inside.Regression analysis results show good corporate networks are vital to the development of development zones.Now China's provincial-level development zones also mainly depend on capital investment,The economic strength of urban impact the development of provincial-level development zones through influence the main tendency of investment. Technological progress and innovation occupy an increasingly important role in the development of debelopment zones.Policy factors will still impact China's provincial-level development zones in the current and future period.In The future,China's provincial-level development zones should be to speed up the growth pattern,extend the industrial chain,speed up technological progress,and enhance the independent innovation capacity.
