Study On Risk Management In International Construction

With the entry into WTO, the construction industry as well as other industries is completely open to the world, the construction companies involve in the international competition an join in the international market. With its distinguished advantages, general contract is the most preferable contract mode not only in the developed countries, but also the leading trend in the developing countries. To be the general contractor is also accordingly selected by Ershisanye Construction Group, which is also the choice for its self-development in the construction industry.On the basis of the research on the contact structure and domestic & overseas general contract mode, this paper brings forward the rebuilding of Uganda President Office has to strengthen its functions of risk management. The risk management system applicable to the general contractor in the market should be established. Herewith, this paper rises the workable plans both in theory and practice.In addition, the MC theory is involved and domestic & overseas risk management soft are involved.
