| The manufacturing occupies an important position in China's industrialization process. Manufacturing informatization is the only way to achieve China's new industrialization. Along with the wave of global information, China's manufacturing enterprise informatization process is also developing in depth, but how to assess the results of the informatization objectively and fairly is plaguing enterprise. At present, although many of the enterprises at home and abroad have researched the performance of informatization, but there isn't a complete and definitive evaluation criteria and method. Thus the research of the performance of manufacturing enterprise informatization, and providing a reasonable evaluation criteria and method, and analysing the results to make suggestion, is of great significance to the further development of manufacturing enterprise informatization.This thesis divides the performance evaluation of manufacturing enterprise informatization into two stages: building an index system of the performance evaluation of manufacturing enterprise informatization, and constructing the DEA model of the performance evaluation of manufacturing enterprise informatization. First this thesis extracts the indexes of manufacturing enterprise information-based construction from three facets based on the resource-based view combining the characteristics of manufacturing. Those are the IT infrastructure, IT human resources and IT-enabled intangible resources. However, simply invest in the IT is the first step in the manufacturing enterprise informatization. It is more important to the use them reasonable and adequately. Then the application level indicators of manufacturing enterprise informatization are extracted from internal integration, process reengineering and strategic transformation of IT capability of resource-based view. Third this paper uses the Balanced Score Card to extract the indexes of the output of manufacturing enterprise informatization from the financial, internal processes, customer and learning and growth for the performance is broad, complex and intangible.To construct the mathematic model of the manufacturing enterprise informatization, the paper use data envelopment analysis which is suitable for complex system. Then the thesis discusses how to evaluate the comprehensive efficiency of manufacturing enterprise informatization, the cross-evaluation analysis of efficiency enterprises, the total efficiency of every manufacturing enterprise, projection analysis of production and the analysis of input redundancy and output deficiency. It is can help manufacturing enterprise to come up strategic solutions of informatization.Finally, this thesis collecting the indexes' data of 19 manufacturing enterprise of Fujian Province, and using DEA model to calculate the parameters. Then the paper analyses the results and purposes rationalization proposals to manufacturing enterprise of Fujian province. |
