The Study On Agricultural Industrialization In The View Of New Socialist Rural Construction

In October of 2005, in《The Suggestions Concerning Formulating National Economy & Social Development for the Tenth Five-Year-Plan by the Chinese Communist Central Party Committee》which was made in the 5th Plenary Session in the 16th Chinese Communist Party Center Committee, with "New Socialist Rural Construction" as a major historic task for Chinese modernization process, proposed the construction of "the production developed, the life ample, the local custom civilized , the village accommodate, the management democratic ", push forward "New Socialist Rural Construction" . During the process, "The Production Developing" is the basic premise and necessary basic conditions, it must be in the first position. Agricultural Industrialization is an effective way. This article is on the background of New Socialist Rural Construction, with Agricultural Industrialization as the application point, deeply analyzed the basic connotation, development status and historical significance of " New Socialist Rural Construction " and " Agricultural Industrialization" , pointed that "Agricultural Industrialization" is the inevitable requirement of the "New Socialist Rural Construction" , and designated the countermeasure of developing in the future.In the Introduction, briefly introduced "Three Dimensional RuralIssues" in China, proposed the purpose and the contents. In the second part of the article, firstly analyzed the connotation, characteristics and significance of "Agricultural Industrialization" , and pointed out the position, function and significance, deeply analyzed the relationship of " Agricultural Industrialization" and "New Socialist Rural Construction" .In the third part, Comprehensively analyzed the development status of "Agricultural Industrialization" in the view of "New Socialist Rural Construction" , and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for "Agricultural Industrialization" .
