| With the adjustment of agricultural structure and reform of agricultural financial system, rural financial ecological environment has been competitive. This paper will analyze financial innovation of Hunan branch of Agricultural Development Bank of China (ADBC). I will discuss how to get rid of the predicament and support the development of agriculture.This article mainly based on Hunan branch of Agricultural Development Bank of China . First of all, this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the current situation of China's agricultural industrial structure adjustment, through the deterioration of the financial "ecological environment" and other issues in China's agricultural industrial structure adjustment and for financial innovations in ADBC. Then, the paper makes an internal assessment for Hunan Branch of ADBC, through an analysis on the development history and operational status of the Branch and problems existing in the ADBC, such as undefined targeted products, rarely sorted business, irrational product structure, excessive proportion of bad loans, imperfect internal control mechanism, and so on. At the same time, by comparing operating status quo of foreign agricultural policy-oriented financial institutions, the paper makes some inspirations, and one of them is financial products should have a clear and specific target. On this basis, the paper makes a number of recommendations on the financial innovation conducted by Hunan Branch of ADBC to further support China's new socialist rural construction.Based on the reform measures being implemented by ADBC, this paper aims to the role of China's agricultural policy-oriented finance playing in the rural economic development, discussing the role of ADBC under the new situation of development, combining with the author's specific job experiences in policy-oriented banks, and examples in Hunan Province. The innovative measures referred by this article can be directly applied to the ADBC's future development and management. |
