In recent years, with the rapid expansion of demand for tourism, the Eco-tourism has been becoming a final choice which more and more nature reserves employed. Whether nature reserves can monitor effectively the adverse ecological impact that a strong flow of visitors causes has become the key of Eco-tourism success. Therefore, the impact of tourism has become one of the focuses of environment and tourism research. Among many impacts which tourism brings in, the influence to vegetation and soil caused by non-polluted ecological factor is an important aspect, because it can show more obviously the impact to nature reserves by tourism. Non-polluted ecological impact is different from the traditional sense of the ecological impact and environmental impact, it is a new stage that human understands nature, transform nature and protect natural process. Non-polluted ecological impact assessment marked by human control to protect the environment from pollution to the ecological protection, which is another turning point in environmental protection of human history. The studies on the assessment domain of non-polluted ecological impact of tourism is in its infancy age in China, Domestic research of non-polluted ecological impact is still relatively few, the studies have been completed often analyze the overall level of tourism impact through one-time sampling and can not monitor and forecast continuously the non-polluted ecological impact by tourism. In this paper, take the Heaven Lake of Celestial Mountains Natural Reserve as a case, employ field investigation method, try to establish a quantitative and facilitate meaningful method : the trail Comprehensive assessment method. Considering trail is region directly under the tourists, it can reflect more prominently the ecology impact by tourism activities. The method with tourist-concentrative trail as object, employs indicators such as trail opened up by tourists, trail widen,Public facility around trail damaged by tourists, root exposure, solid waste abandoned on the trail, etc. Assessing the adverse impact degree to vegetation and soil through the frequency statistics indicators. In the end,the study proposed countermeasures and suggestions in a targeted manner. The case study in Heaven Lake of Celestial Mountains Natural Reserve indicates that this method is objective and operated.
