This article according to the Bosten Lake ecological environment the present situation as well as the water resources development and the ecological environment existence main question, has analyzed Bosten Lake to the downstream ecology water distribution to the Bosten Lake own ecological environment influence. Refers to the domestic and foreign targets the graduation standard and the Bosten Lake own development condition, the division appraisal target graduation standard, the establishment suits the Bosten Lake eco-tourism sustainable development appraisal target system, uses research techniques and so on expert consultation and on-the-spot investigation, in the utilization analytic hierarchy process determination appraisal target system all levels of target weight, utilizes the multi-objective linear weighting function method to calculate the Bosten Lake eco-tourism sustainable development ability. The analysis appraisal result showed that, The Bosten Lake eco-tourism occupies the sustainable development earlier period preparatory stage to the intermediate stage preparatory stage transitional stage.
