Fuxian Lake - Xingyun Test Ecological Symbiosis Research, Construction And Tourism Development

After more than 30 years of reforming and opening up of development, China has advanced from a single economic reform to a comprehensive reform, coming into a new period of different developing idea, new development model, overcoming institutional barriers and promoting economic and social coordinated development. Based on the comprehensive background of reforming, followed the international and domestic trend of tourism development, accorded to the series problems and difficulties in development, combined with the needs of tourism development, Yunnan Province has made the major deployment of constructing a"tourism industry experimental region of reforming and developing", and determine Tengchong city of Baoshan, Yuxi Fuxian Lake-Xingyun lake, Kunming Expo garden as the reform of the Tourism Development of Integrated Pilot project, promoting the reform and innovation of tourism. However, Fuxian lake- Xingyun Lake'ecological construction and tourism development zone is still a relatively new thing, the existing research on the theory delay to the national and local level, the current theory cannot meet the needs of the development process.Therefore, this paper uses the symbiosis theory and the related theories, through normative analysis of the theory and the Fuxian lake-Xingyun Lake'ecological construction and Empirical Study of reform and development of tourism experimental region for comprehensive, discussing the key to Fuxian lake-Xingyun Lake ecological construction and tourism reform--Symbiotic relationship between the ecological construction and tourism development, mainly on the symbiosis and analysis of symbiotic conditions; On this basis, analysis the existing two basic symbiotic model, parasitic symbiosis model points and the partial benefit of intermittent under symbiotic conditions from a static perspective, and pointed out the existing models of these symbiotic defects, and then try to describe the ideal symbiosis patterns--behavior pattern of the symmetry of mutualism and organization mode of Integrated Symbiosis, and put my own proposal through realizing the ideal symbiosis patterns using "reform" the symbiotic environment construction of soft and hard. I hope that, through constructing an coordinate and symbiosis development mode of ecological construction and tourism development, we can promote Fuxian Lake-Xingyun Lake ecological construction and the tourism reform development zone Sustainable, and provides a reference for reform and innovation in tourism in Yunnan Province and the whole country.
