Its organization and implement is around the food production, food supply, food logistics, food need, and so on. The idea of "food supply chain management" successfully has applied in some agriculture flourishing countries, suchas USA, French etc., which causes to the attention of large developing countries'(including China) experts and the scholar's concern. Along with the exaltation of Chinese food profession's foundation level and the problems of food qulity and safety, the research on food supply chain management is more and more valued.In the theis, the creating reasons of food supply chain management, the existent developing problems of Chinese food supply chain management and its weakness to developed countries like USA has been discussed. The actuality and main reason of the problems On Chinese food quality and safety has been analysised. In contact with the relationship of reasons on food quality and safety and the related link of supply chain, the point link of the food supply chain management has been put forward. The method of setting our country's food safety management system has been suggested. All of these put forward a theories reference to actual problems.
