Strategic Study About Development Of Economy Of Tianjin Hebei District

Economic development strategy,the overall scheme and policy, refers to the design of the economic development pattern. A national or regional economic development strategy plays a vital role in grasping the future economic trend and promoting the fast development. Hebei District, one of the central parts in Tianjin municipality, has been an underdeveloped area. In order to realize its rising, regional economic development must be given priority. In accelerating the comprehensive, harmonious and sustainable development, it is greatly significant to establish regional strategy of leapfrog economic development under the basis of scientific analysis of the characteristics and rules of Hebei economic development. That is also the starting point and purpose of this thesis.The whole paper is the study of the economic development strategies confronted by Hebei district and divided into five chapters. Introduction is the first chapter, and it mainly explains the paper's research background, content, purpose and significance, and the general line of thinking and research. Chapter II deals with the related theory. It briefly introduces the regional economics concept, the regional economic development policy, the related economic development theory and the economic development strategic pattern. Chapter III covers the analysis of the economic developmental environment of this area, including both the international and the domestic macroscopic situation and the influence of the whole municipality, especially the development of Binhai new area.ChapterⅣexplains the economic characteristics of this area. Economic synthesis strength of this area is analyzed in detail by reviewing the regional resources, such as geography, nature, human resources and technology, and at the same time, with the SWOT analysis method, some aspects faced by the economic development of the district are carefully researched, such as its development opportunities, challenges, advantages and disadvantages. ChapterⅤ, also the main part, is about the economic development strategies in this place, and the strategic goal of the economic development, strategic options as well as its strategic countermeasures are planned.
