A Probe Into The Industrial Development Strategy Of Jinniu District Of Chengdu

Industrialization is an insurmountable phase of development in the modernization drive of China. The implementation of West China development strategy and economic globalization have brought great strategic opportunities for the development of west China. Jinniu District, as the central part of Chengdu, one of the big cosmopolitan cites in west China faces the urgent issues of speeding up the development of industries and boosting the modernization drive and the issues are also the key to the urban and rural integration and the realization of the goal of the great-leap-forward development strategy.This thesis, based on the general principles of development economics and industrial economics, employs an analytical method of SWOT strategy. By reference to plenty of materials and data and field work, by integrating theories with experimentations, and on the basis of careful analysis and verification, it concludes that taking the new industral development route is the strategic choice for Jinniu District. According to Chengdu industrial development layout, this article comprehensively and systematically analyzes and illustrates the present industrial development state of Jinniu District, internal and external development environment, development of typical trade and development advantages and disadvantages of industries, development opportunities and challenges, and thus brings about an industrial development strategic layout goal, the implementation focus of typical trade development, the strategic measures for boosting industrial development and specific measures for constructing industrial development safeguard system. In the hope of providing a helpful reference for Jinniu District' s new industrial development route and great-leap-forward development.
