Research On The Development Strategy Of Xin Yue International Logistics Company Limited

The private enterprises play a more and more important role in the social economy of our country. More favorable policies have been made to provide a better investment environment for private enterprises, especially after the 16th National Congress of CPC. In the meantime, ambition of enterpriser and their pursuit of profit maximization also provide strong motives to the growth of their business.This paper gives a brief introduction about the latest development of logistics industry in China, as well as the status and development planning of Tiajin Harbour. Taking the actual development of private warehouse logistics companies into consideration, the author analyzes the external and internal environments of Xin Yue International Logistics Company Limited and presents corresponding measures and suggestions for the development of local private warehouse logistics companies. The paper is divided into 6 chapters. Chapter 1 is the general introduction about the subject matter and relative literatures. It defines the content of study and the approaches used, thus provides grounds for later investigation. In Chapter 2 the author analyzes the external environment of the enterprise. In Chapter 3 the authors gives further analysis of internal environment of local private warehouse logistics companies by studying the case of Xin Yue International Logistics Company Limited. In Chapter 4 the author further analyzes the research result and makes a SWOT analysis in order to ascertain the general strategic target and competitive strategies of the company. Chapter 5 provides a discussion about factors to ensure implementation of the strategic targets in question. Chapter 6 draws the conclusion of the paper.
