Learn Lenovo From The Perspective Of Company Cultural

Lenovo,as the banner of national enterprises, has set an example for the development of national enterprises. In a sense,finding the way to solve the problem of lenovo that appeared in the peocess of development, has just been the thinking of direction of national enterprises development.The most important factor for the national enterprises development is national character rather than some other factor such as technical or resources or system.So maybe we can solve the problem from the angle of national character.It is really a fact that culture can be expressed in many ways---- material, system, behavior, relationship and so on. We can found the national culture everywhere, from the development strategies of company to the Personality and behavior of employees.Though, this thesis we can begin at the analysis about the personality of business leaders.By this analysis we can obtain results how important that traditional Culture for building Company Culture.And then, we can continue to analyze the personality and behavior of employees.In order to demonstrate my opinion, I have picked some typical examples and used many demonstration method such as comparison. I hope this thesis can achieve a little academic achievements on building company culture for the national enterprises.
