“Opinions on The Implementation of the Project for The Inheritance and Development of Excellent Traditional Chinese Culture”emphasizes the comprehensive integration of excellent traditional Chinese culture into art and physical education.However,most of the current PE classes in primary and secondary schools are dominated by modern Western sports,and the traditional Chinese national sports are always part of supplementary content or extracurricular expansion in the current PE classes.It is a topic worthy of discussion that what kind of content and form the excellent traditional Chinese culture should enter the physical education classes of primary and secondary schools,so that teachers and students can sincerely accept and like it and truly achieve the goal of“cultivating people with moral integrity” and “cultivating people with physical education”.Based on the empirical point of view,with 12 primary and middle schools,1967 primary and middle school students as the research object,using the self-made scale,students and teachers of Chinese excellent traditional culture into the current situation of physical education class teaching and group differences in empirical studies,the understanding of primary and secondary schools in Hunan province sports classroom of Chinese excellent traditional culture and national and folk traditional sports project implementation present situation and problems,in order to physical education curriculum reform and teachers' teaching to provide the reference.Empirical investigation found that: Teachers and students generally recognize the importance of Chinese excellent traditional culture in PE classroom.Traditional sports are mainly martial arts and common folk sports.The role of Chinese excellent traditional culture in physical education is significant,but the actual effect is not good;The content and way of Chinese excellent traditional culture entering school sports is relatively simple,and the modern western sports projects seldom involve the content of Chinese excellent traditional culture.The teachers and students believe that martial arts and folk sports are the main carriers of inheriting the excellent traditional Chinese culture.The physical education teachers' traditional culture accomplishment is still insufficient and the teachers and students' understanding of the educational value of traditional culture is insufficient Based on the problems highlighted by the empirical investigation,why should physical education classes in primary and secondary schools better penetrate into the excellent traditional Chinese culture? Teachers and students should strengthen their understanding of the educational value of traditional Chinese culture,plan ethnic and folk traditional sports activities with an overall view,and combine the educational resources inside and outside the school.Concrete can strengthen from the following ways: To understand the educational value of traditional sports culture and set up reasonable curriculum objectives of traditional sports culture;According to the traditional sports culture curriculum view,screening the national folk sports items;Strengthen the construction of excellent traditional Chinese national sports textbooks and expand the background materials of the textbooks;The educational resources of traditional physical education of regional nationalities should be deeply explored to enrich the contents of school-based physical education curriculum and meet the diversified needs of students.To improve the quality of physical education teachers and promote the development of excellent traditional Chinese physical education by combining educational resources in and out of the school;The teaching objectives,teaching methods and evaluation models of martial arts and regional ethnic traditional sports in primary and secondary schools are designed in stages.
