With the widespread dissemination of the modern management theory, the built and management of corporate culture has been more and more valued in China. Generally speaking, to build a clear corporate culture for a company is a systematic project involving many levels in corporate management. It dues to the reason that corporate culture is a principle system abstracted from spirit level which beyond the material life of human. Corporate culture not only represents the spirit of the corporation's development, but also supports the operation of it. The built of the corporate culture greatly depends on the corporation communication system while communication is basic feature of culture and culture has been developed during communication. To clear the factors of all levels of inner communication in the process of building the corporate culture, it is necessary to build an unobstructed and powerful inner communication system.The assertion mainly covers such three contents as follow:1 The built of inner communication system of corporate cultureCorporate culture needs many forms and channels to assimilate thus can make it accepted and admitted by the staff, and can also make it being the culture with the corporation and the staff's meaning. So it is necessary to build a sound inner communication system of corporate culture. The key problems during the process of the building are the disseminators, contents, conditions, subjects, channels and networks of the construction of corporate culture.2 The management and maintenance of inner communication system of corporate cultureFocusing on the external parts is a popular problem of China's corporate culture. Many enterprises are satisfied with the slogans only while ignoring the real effect of the corporate culture's communication and the management and control of it that makes the built of the corporate culture meaningless. To make the inner communication system effective, the assertion intends to manage and maintain the inner communication system based on the construction of it involving subjects, channels, networks and other items worth noticing.3 The effect evaluation of inner communication system of corporate cultureThe assertion intends to evaluate the effect of inner communication system of corporate culture in respect of evaluation methods and contents with communication theories. Going a step further, the assertion will discuss what results should a sound inner communication system of corporate culture should get.
