It is generally agreed that a "Good" enterprise culture is the key for the success of a company,every enterprise that longs for success are all purchasing this kind of cultural principle,in order to ensure the best performance of it.However,how to spread these corporate culture propositions in organization is a difficult problem that troubles most of the enterprises.The existing researches on corporate culture communication in our country are usually carried out in the classic 5W communication model.Use the management bias of functionalism to explain the communication problems of enterprise culture with the thinking of "Transfer View",the hidden problems are no more than the revealed problems.This article makes a study on the problem of "How does the corporate culture communicate"form the aspect of organizational communication.Take the organizational communication process of "Agile" culture of E company as example;make a discussion for organizational communication base on the daily organizational communication environment of enterprise.Mainly focus on the organizational communication process of cooperate culture,include the influence of organizational communication environment to corporate culture communicate,and what kind of a organizational communication process which makes the corporate culture communication is different from other organizational activities?The research adopts the methods of literature analysis,content analysis,system analysis and case study etc.,makes comprehensive study and analysis on the organizational communication of corporate culture from "Perspective" to "System",finally to "Individual Case".Through analysis,the author considers that organizational communication is the core process of corporate culture communication,the corporate culture only be able to be formed or transfer via organizational communication;and after observation and analysis,the author deems that corporate culture makes organizational communication in a form of symbolic"Cultural Symbol",and carried through the three ordered cultural levels of artificial product,sense of worth and basic assumption,and also suitable for the corporate culture communication phenomenon which start to exist in inter-organization or outside the organization.Based on research,and combine with the route of organizational communication,the author considers that the corporate culture communication should properly part from relying on traditional thinking and route,and make overall consideration by placing the corporate culture into the organizational communication situation,beyond functionalism to achieve"Communication Constitutive Organization",and seek balance between "Binding Force"and "Creativity".
