First, from the background of the topics, through the research on review and forward dynamic of domestic and foreign enterprises culture, this leads to the issues of thermal corporate culture. Then after clearly define the meaning of corporate culture, I focus on reviewing the characteristic, function and structure of corporate culture, and interpret the meaning of the culture of thermal corporate, this provide theoretical basis for the construction of YQ corporate culture. Next, using the standard and empirical analysis methods to get a study on the current construction of YQ corporate culture, and identify the key, difficulties and characteristic of the corporate cultural construction. On this basis, using the case study to analysis the system and implementation of the YQ corporate culture construction, and making the prospects for the results of future implementation.In this paper, through the research on YQ Thermal Corporation, this is a state corporation, combined with the industry specificity of YQ corporate, and the current process of cultural construction, to analysis the public process and effects of its corporate culture, in order to better promote the enterprise culture for the future and have sustainable development, and help the thermal corporation to find the key of corporate cultural construction, as well as build a long culture.
