In the process of the globalization, the enterprises are not only taken attention on its economic responsibility, but also its social responsibility. So how to fulfill its social responsibility has become a enthusiastic topic. The entrepreneurs as leaders and managers of enterprises, his views on corporate social responsibility must have an impact on corporate behavior. Research on the relationship between entrepreneurs' cognition and corporate behavior on social responsibility help to take effective ways to strengthen corporate social responsibility, also help to fulfill corporate social responsibility monitoring the situation. This paper use the entrepreneurs' cognition on social responsibility and enterprises' behaviors as the research object. Through empirical research methods, analyzing the interrelationship between the two, making recommendations to promote the implementation of social responsibility.The paper first describes the evolution and the summary of the meaning of corporate social responsibility, makes a list of four theories of corporate social responsibility for the research behind the theory laid the foundation. The second, the questionnaires are divided into five dimensions, namely, shareholders, employees, consumers, local communities and partners on the basis of the assumption model and stakeholder theory. Then enterprises of all types of entrepreneurs to the issuance of 300 questionnaires were distributed as a sample of empirical studies. Finally to do factor analysis, variance analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis by SPSS15.0 software.Finally, this study summarizes the findings of this paper, finds out inadequate and brings forward the improvement, describes the practical significance of this study.
