Integration of the world economy today, the Entrepreneurship break through national boundaries, and relations between countries are close. The second half of 2008, because of sub-loan crisis of the financial crisis sweeps the globe, many country's economy fell into recession. Because of snowstorms, earthquakes, CPI rising slowdown and other factors, the entire domestic market of China's economy are also in a slow-down period. As the domestic dominant PC industry, Lenovo Group are also affected. Association, whether in power or the production of R & D strength in China, Lenovo Group are the top, but the association is responsible for the internationalization of business, Deputy Director, Mr Qiao called the spade a spade and "not leave the international association, and association in the domestic market have no problem mixing a few years, but it dawdle quickly there will be no association of capital." To the representative association for the domestic, good corporations start the road to the International Entrepreneurship, mergers and acquisitions, with foreign enterprises to form strategic alliances, and even set up factories abroad to conduct transnational business. However, the pace of corporation for International Entrepreneurship is still difficult to continue, and we put the strategy of International Entrepreneurship research naturally as a research topic.In This article, based on the growth of the Lenovo Group, and the analysis of the International Entrepreneurship strategy, and combined with International Entrepreneurship theory, i conduct a study on strategy of International Entrepreneurship of the Lenovo Group, in the hope that this study can bring some meaningful reference for domestic enterprises in the international entrepreneurship course.In This article, i take on strategy of International Entrepreneurship of the Lenovo Group for the research subjects. I hope that we can not only get some meaningful experience, but also let the IT industry in our country learn to play the role in the international entrepreneurship, in the process of international entrepreneurship strategy analysis and study. This article consists 6 parts. The first chapter is the introduction part. Paper discussed the background and significance of the topics, largely on research papers and thesis structure and framework of the research methods and technology road map.Chapter II is the International Entrepreneurship strategy and related Research theoretical basis. On the International Entrepreneurship-related concepts, including the study of the origins of entrepreneurship and International Entrepreneurship and International Entrepreneurship strategy, concept definition, and summarizes the relevant aspects of International Entrepreneurship related to the progress of research, and summarize the main theoretical basis for the International Entrepreneurship, which includes the International Trade theory, theory of foreign direct investment, International Entrepreneurship management theory and so on, hope that this thesis under the guidance of these theories in a better analysis of the International Entrepreneurship strategy. The chapter also describes a number of typical International Entrepreneurship model, according to the categories summarized in two categories: One is the element equilibrium model (Timmons made the business management model-Timmons model; William B. Gartner put forward a new venture creation process described in the concept of quite characteristic of the framework to build a business model of Gartner model; Sahlman model); a dominant factor model (Wickham model, Christian-Julien model, Zahra-George model Haiyang Li model, Jain model, Oviatt, and McDougall opportunity to feature model).Chapter III is Lenovo Group's International Entrepreneurship analysis-related issues. Lenovo Group, including analysis of International Entrepreneurship, International Entrepreneurship analysis of motivation-TIMMONS analysis, Lenovo Group of the influencing factors of International Entrepreneurship analysis, and the Lenovo Group of the International Entrepreneurship target market analysis. Lenovo Group in which International Entrepreneurship analysis of the impact of factors affecting International Entrepreneurship is divided into business analysis and external factors affecting the International Entrepreneurship analysis of internal factors, with an emphasis on the Lenovo Group of the impact of International Entrepreneurship factors for analysis. Lenovo Group, the International Entrepreneurship major target markets for the Americas market, Europe, Middle East and Africa market and Asia Pacific market (excluding Greater China) to the focus of analysis.Chapter IV of the focus of this thesis chapters, Lenovo Group introduced into the model of the International Entrepreneurship market research and strategic design. Lenovo Group the first part of the International Entrepreneurship market entry mode design, mainly through the international market entry mode decision-making method of the general analysis of emerging markets into the Lenovo Group of the design model. Lenovo Group, the second export-oriented strategy of International Entrepreneurship including International Entrepreneurship research products export-oriented strategic research, the international brand strategy of export-oriented entrepreneurship research and the International Entrepreneurship marketing strategy in export-oriented research of three parts. The third part of the Contact Group is an international venture capital-based strategic research. The last part of the Lenovo Group of the strategic combination of International Entrepreneurship studies, International Entrepreneurship to Lenovo Group Lenovo Group strategy is divided into International Entrepreneurship expansion strategy, the stability of the International Entrepreneurship strategy and International Entrepreneurship strategy tightening, and it is called the International Entrepreneurship strategy of Lenovo Group research portfolio.Chapter V is the International Entrepreneurship of Lenovo Group that should pay attention to the problems and countermeasures, including the perception in mature markets overseas, the two-business model to open up overseas markets, emerging markets and human resources to open up a few questions and put forward solutions.The final chapter is a summary of this article and research prospects.
