Since the late last century,increasing business opportunities were generated among China as well as other countries and region.More and more Chinese local enterprises began to explore and experience transnational operations.Following the policies,Chinese enterprises began "going out" to embrace the wave of internationalization,actively explore the development path and continuously explore their own development potentiality.The formulation of international entrepreneurship strategy plays a key role in the process of international entrepreneurship.As the first echelon of the comprehensive strength of China's private enterprises,large private enterprises are worthy being studied regarding their international entrepreneurship and management experience.Based on the international entrepreneurship theory and international entrepreneurship strategy theory,this paper analyzes the international creative strategy of Han's Laser Industry Group.Firstly,it analyzes the status and existing problems of the international entrepreneurship of the Han's Laser.At the beginning of the entrepreneurship,the export-trading retraction strategy was applied.When the growing time of period came,Hans laser adopted the steady expansion with investment combined strategy.Then,the analysis of the Han's Laser by PEST and SWOT method reveals the international entrepreneurial environment of Hans Laser.The international entrepreneurial strategy of Han's laser is focusing on the advancement of small-power laser equipment project;high-power laser equipment project develops at the same time;independent research and development of laser core components;consumer electronics processed by laser in line with the international pioneer strategy for the simultaneous development of laser processing smart equipment worldwide.The strategy will also be altered to some extent according to development status.In addition,the paper proposes the safeguards actions,that is,raising the awareness of the international market,optimizing the human resources and organization structure,as well as the creative management.What other large-scale non-state-owned enterprises could learn from Hans Laser are: Firstly,enterprises need to choose international entrepreneurship strategy based on market understanding and the internal resources management of the enterprise;secondly,altering strategy at different stages when needed.Thirdly,enterprises need to embrace the international entrepreneurship via the evaluation of internal status of the company and the target of the entrepreneurship.
