Research On The Problem Of Logistics Informatization Management

Since the scopes of logistics exist in all processes of social reproduction, the problem of logistics informatization is an important one influenced economic and social life, which is also a systematic project of wide range. Logistics informatization could not be done by certain company or logistics trade, it must depend on government organs served as social management to receive enough authority to guide and control social resource of logistics field, to plan and command informatization in every field and organ, to make sure preferential policy related, to promote the normalization of management system and operation mechanism of logistics informatization, to make rules and regulations related, to help get rid of all kinds of problems existed in logistics informatization construction. Government plays a vital and irreplaceable role in the process of promoting logistics informatization in our country; it is also dominant force to make logistics informatization come true.This paper analyzes the definition, features and construction basis of logistics informatization to bring out the irreplaceable role of government and put forth its service and management policy in the process of logistics informatization.This paper can be divided into three parts.The first part is the introduction of logistics informatization. The definition of logistics was introduced to our country in 1980s, while logistics informatization was brought out in recent years. There is no unified definition. So this part gives an analysis of connotation and extension of logistics informatization, probes into its features in practice and discusses the basis of logistics informatization constructin.The second part gives an analysis of the need of logistics informatization construction from the company, industry and government and the function of the government through comparison: the first is the function of plan; the second is the function of coordination; the third is the function of service. It puts forth the problems existed in logistics informatization at the present stage: the first one is there is no plan in the development of logistics informatization, so is the management of government; the second is the void of public logistics informatization; the third one is the standard systematic construction of logistics informatization is on lack of the need of the development of logistics, which influences the process of logistics informatization; the forth one is the shortage of informatization of the companies; the fifth one is deficiency of leadership and practice of logistics informatization system, the void of the talents.The third part puts forth the management strategies of government in accordance with the problems existed in logistics informatization construction. The first one is to make development plans, policy and regulations of logistics informatization; the second, to strengthen the construction of logistics informatization basis; the third, to expand the input of research of logistics automation; the forth, to intensify publicity, to propagate the knowledge of informatization; the fifth, to support the talents'training of logistics informatization.
