Studies On Grain Logistics Informatization

The primary difference between modern and traditional logistics is informatization, but compared with other developed countries, the development of grain logistics informatization in our country is very slowly. It is urgent to use informatization to rebuild our traditional grain logistics.We can take governments/trade associations/corporations as the main body of research. But in the final analysis, all kinds of projects, which are made by governments and trade associations, are implemented by corporations. So corporations are playing an important role in informatization. Therefore, this article chooses corporations as the main body of grain logistics informatization.For traditional grain corporations, this article considers that corporations should analyze the environment and find out factors which are important for informatization. And then develop them by the degree of influence. At the same time, informatization is not a one-off project, as the environment changes, corporations should make corresponding redresses. In addition, aiming at different corporations, such as processing/wholesale/retail of grain, it is better to take different solutions for informatization.For third party logistics of grain, based on the research of comparing some informatization indexes, this article summarizes factors which are important for informatization. And after that, this article analyzes the problems in their progress of informatization. The results of analysis show that problems centralize in several aspects: the construction of information network drops behind; information systems are not perfect; logistics informatization is lack of programming and compound person with ability. Aiming at these problems, the third party logistics of grain should take following solutions: the construction of logistics information standardization; secondary exploiture of logistics information systems; to obtain the corresponding experts.
