Most logistics enterprises in China are small and medium-sized logistics enterprises. In the situation of the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology, logistics enterprises began to think of the direction of development, improve the competitiveness and coordinated development of the whole logistics industry by establishing the logistics park. With the further development of the logistics industry, and the further requirements of modern logistics industry is increased, the service quality of logistics industry is too difficult to meet the needs of a number of enterprises, especially international companies. in consideration of the existing logistics parks’ model is no longer able to meet the need of the development of modern logistics parks and logistics industry, and with the increase of logistics demand and logistics pressure, and the deepen understanding of logistics, logistics parks informatization was thought by logistics companies, logistics parks.
