Enterprise Logistics Information Level Measure Research

With the development of global informatization, the construction of enterprise logisticsinformatization become the important development direction for improving enterprise economicefficiency. In2009, the State Council issued the "Plannings of Restructuring and Revitalization ofLogistics Industry", in which clearly indicates that the logistics informatization is the core elementfor restructuring and revitalization of the logistics industry. This fully demonstrates the importantrole and status of informatization in logistics industry. Through the informatization of enterpriselogistics, enterprises can reduce their logistics cost, promote their cooperation and enhance theirIntegrated Competition Ability. To ensure the smooth and rapid development of Logisticsinformatization, we must shape a set of index system of logistics informatization to help give anaccurate and reasonable assessment to enterprises’ logistics informatization. Currently, the level oflogistics informatization in different regions and different sectors has a big gap. Therefore, toclearly analysis the current situation of enterprises logistics informatization, to construct areasonable index system of enterprise logistics informatization and to find out the main factorsrestricting the development of logistics informatization, can provide the scientific reference valueto the government and enterprises to enhance the level of logistics informatization.Firstly, this paper outlines the concepts, contents and functions of logistics and logisticsinformatization. Secondly, introduce the methods and the index of informatization measurement,which mainly introduce the well-known methods of informatization measurement, and make anassessment to related measurement methods and index. Thirdly, based on the foundation offollowing the principles of designing the index system and the contents of logistics informatization,we build the index system of levels of enterprise logistics informatization; make sure the weightingof each index by analytic hierarchy process (AHP); and build the fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmodel. Finally, I select two kinds of industry, appliance manufacturing and construction in twoareas, Ningbo and Tai’an, to develop an empirical analysis. Through field research, surveys, fieldinterviews, etc. to collecte sample data, and finally, I develop an deep and specific analysis to theresearch results. And then using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for case analysis andanalysis the results by two methods to verify the accuracy of measurement results and therationality of the construction of enterprise logistics informatization index system.
