Research On Balance Control System Of Quality And Progress For 'Huiyuan·Boya' Project

For any construction projects they all contain three important control targets that are quality,progress and cost.The relationship between them is both supplements and close each other and unity of opposites.It cannot through sorting to obtain which one the most important control target,but is through analyzing the target of certain part of the project to make sure the primary and secondary position at a time.Different construction projects have different targets at different time and positions,especially in construction;the most important factors are progress and quality.The construction progress in accordance with the construction period can produce more economic profit and both come into service according to the plan and pay back the investment quickly as demanded.Good quality of construction can reduce rework,the construction units cost of inputs and repair work,extend the service life,ensure the stability of long-acting operation,improve investment efficiency and deduce maintenance costs.The moderate balance control to speed up the construction progress can make a reasonable advance in the project time and ensure the quality as well.Therefore,progress and quality control are important aspects of the project construction units both in generating economic benefits and meeting the quality requirements.In this paper,firstly the project quality and progress control theory is studied and discussed.Then to propose the project between quality and progress moderate balance control system by using modern and advanced management thought.Finally,it applies to the management of the operation in actual project "Huiyuan Boya" and proves the scientific and importance of the quality and progress moderate balance control system.It can offer references to the other construction projects of management.
