With the rapid development of trade globalization and liberalization, particularly in the situation which the traditional tariff barriers gradually drops, the question between the international and the International Labor Standards(ILS) in the field of international trade has increasingly become the focus point of attention. Under the humanitarianism coat of the protection of human rights, the developed countries urged to link the ILS with the international trade, while the developing countries firmly opposed to do this. Especially after the establishment of WTO, the arguing between this become more intense, both sides are standing on their respective position and proposed their own theoretical basis. So far, the international society had still not formed the unified opinion to this question. In fact, the influence of the ILS to the international trade is strengthening. It is necessary to discuss this question deeply and to found a feasible solution to guarantee the ILS and international trade development healthy and coordinately.It is against this background that this article from the concept of the international labor standards analysis of the origin an evolution of history, and discuss the inevitability link between the international labor standards and international trade, analysis the ideas and the theoretical basis of the developed and developing countries, come to the reason why the international labor standard are so attention. The article focus on effect of the ILS on international trade from economics, use the excess demand and excess supply curve, 2x2x2 model to analysis the trade effects of ILS, use the irrigation model to analysis the effects of well-being and industrial, come to in a short period of time, the ILS has a negative effect on trade, but in a long-term the effects become positive. In chapter five, discuss the trend of development of the ILS with international trade, and through the game model obtained the link trend is inevitable, only a matter of time, finally aims at this tendency, proposed our country's measures in the ILS.The globalization of the ILS is unavoidable, such as our country's labor standards in the social security system is not yet perfect, and so on, should take measures as soon as possible to meet that day, and to avoid unnecessary losses.
