Research On Cost Comparing And Management Strategy Of Core Staff In Enterprises

In the 21st century,the competition of market becomes more and more fierce, but the success of enterprise more depends on the core competitiveness.The core competitiveness of enterprises is closely related to the core staff.The core staff is the carrier of the core competitiveness of enterprises;it is the source of the growth of enterprise value and it plays an irreplaceable role in the company.More and more Chinese and foreign scholars carried out research of the core staff,but the current study focused on the definition of core employees,the reason of brain drain,and the motivational techniques,so the analysis of the core staffs cost is few.Furthermore, almost all the authors advised to retain the core staff;even though the company must pay huge cost.I think it is false to always retain the core staff,the cost must be considered,so I choose the topic to study further.This article takes the core staff as the research object.On the basis of the former theories,firstly,this paper defines the core staff:The core staff is a set of employees who have higher qualities and professional skills,and it is important in the process of enterprise's development.Secondly,the author studies the cost elements and cost measurement of the core staff,divides the cost into the obtain cost,the development cost,the use cost,the safeguard cost and the leaves job cost,and then fractionizes the cost.Thirdly,the author further subdivides the cost of core staff into the retention cost and replacement cost,then chooses the proposals of "keeping" or "new trick",and then proves it through a questionnaire survey.Finally,the article puts forward the management proposals in response to those conclusions above all.
