Research On Human Resource Cost Control Of BC Company

The effective control of the enterprise's operating cost to the enterprise has a positive effect on the long-term sustainable development of the enterprise.The expenditure of the human resource cost accounts for a large proportion of the operating cost of the company.As a result,the software service enterprise plays a role in the business operation.Critical role,so the cost of human resources control is very important.In this paper,the BC company as the research object,the use of human resources cost of the basic control principle,for the BC company in its labor cost control weaknesses,launched a detailed analysis.Firstly,this paper expounds the general principles of human resource cost control,namely,28 principles,budget management principles,closed-loop management principles and incentive principles.These principles tell enterprises to seize the core talent to save development costs,through the financial budget management to improve the company's economic efficiency,attention to process management control the use of the company's human cost,rich incentives to promote employee work more motivated.Secondly,the author sums up the experience of well-known enterprises both at home and abroad in cost control of human resources,these companies have some unique ways to control the cost of human resources,BC companies can learn to use.At last,the paper discusses the principles and methods of controlling human resource cost for BC Company.Based on the above research,this paper argues that BC should follow the general principles of human resource cost control,and control the cost,Through the strengthening of cost management awareness,the implementation of budget management and effective use of incentives to ensure the control of human resource costs can be implemented.
