By calculating the net profit margin of fixed assets, fixed asset turnover, rate of fixed assets into a new and growth of fixed assets, the paper analyzes the efficiency and effectiveness of Zoomlion’s fixed assets management. Firstly, the thesis analyzes the comparison of the Zoomlion’s data in the past three years, to draw its management development in recent years. And then select60companies in the industries in which the Zoomlion is in, through analysis of the data and the industry’s average level. Then comparing the Zoomlion’s data and industry data to detect Zoomlion’s the advantages and disadvantages of fixed asset management, and root of the problem from the budget environment, institutional environment, information environment, the angle of the financial rights and responsibilities to suggest the improvement with the view to improve the Zoomlion’s efficiency and effectiveness on fixed asset management.
