Energy is important basic natural resource of human existence,economic development,and society progress.It's crucial strategic material,which is related to economic lifeline and safety of a country.It's also the important basis of sustainable development of society economy.It plays an important role in the structure of modernization.Based on the energy consumption situation and the energy supply-demand research situation and the energy demand of economic theory,considering the complex relationship among energy supply,demand and prices,and there exists a time delay for energy producing enterprise to regulate the energy supply after they get the information of market demand,applying non-linear dynamics of chaos and time-delayed differential equation theory in energy supply-demand system,under the influence of time delay regional energy supply-demand model is intended to set up. By studying its dynamics behavior from the stability of equilibrium point,phase diagram and function,and analyzing the stability of equilibrium points by main monomial analysis,a stable condition for energy supply,demand and import can be reached.At the same time given to the energy balance of the two regions(Jiang-su and Shan-xi),the current situation of energy supply and demand during 2000-2005 is analyzed.The model is verified to reflect the actual regional energy supply and demand to a large extent,and then offers a strategy for China's energy-economic system to maintain high growth and a healthy,stable development.Price as the best regulating method of market economy sensitively reflects the supply-demand relation of energy market.Based on the traditional cobweb model and price theory,from practice of the operation of the energy-economic system,According to energy-economic system a nonlinear time-delayed differential system for energy-price adjustment is established,with energy demand function as nonlinear function and energy supply function as linear function.Applying the main monomial analysis method and Hopf bifurcation theory to analyzing the equilibrium point of the system,it is found to be locally stable or periodically oscillating by adjusting parameters.The condition,under which the equilibrium point is locally stable or Hopf bifurcation occurs,are given.And the relevant conclusions for energy-economic system are reached.
