A Study On The Evaluation About Export Performance Of Jiangsu Province

Foreign trade,as a industry,has been developing fast since the opening and reform of China expand gradually,and act as a more and more important role in the development of Chinese economy.As the global development of the economy of the whole world and China joining WTO formally,the foreign not only gain the opportunity of development,but also face new competition and challenge.It is a big effect of promotion for the economy of China to understand the statue quo of Chinese foreign trade accurately,to evaluate appropriately and to forecast properly.The thesis which emphasizes on aspect of export trade evaluate the export performance of some area by the idea of general performance and suitable method of mathematics,find our some problems in export trade of the area and advance some suggestions,reaching the purpose of driving the development of export trade and economy.First,the thesis expounds the context of the theme,meaning of researching, purpose,methods and structure.Then scheming out export performance evaluation indexes system on the bases of the idea of enterprises performance evaluation combining the characteristics of export trade and using Chinese prevalent export performance indexes system for reference.Thirdly,adopting the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to make sure the weight of every index neatly and the optimality distance method to calculate the score,ensuring the conclusion of the evaluation scientifically and correctly.The thesis utilizes the method of combing the objective indexes and subjective opinions of experts.In order to get the correct evaluation conclusion and to forecast the development of regional export trade,beyond setting reasonable objective export performance indexes system,it is also very important to combine the experts' ideas to gain the accurate evaluation conclusion.The ideas and methods of general performance evaluation usually are applied for enterprise,seldom on the regional export performance.So,this thesis is a great try to apply the ideas of performance evaluation for estimating the level of regional export performance.At the end of the thesis,set JiangSu Province as a example,after validating that JiangSu Province has accorded with the application conditions of the export performance indexes system which is designed by the thesis,applying the system on the export performance of JiangSu Province and finding that the evaluation conclusions match the status quo of JiangSu Province so much.It means that the export performance system is feasible and effective.Several problems has been discovered by comparing with evaluation conclusions of JiangSu Province spanned some years,and some suggestions aimed at these problem have been given.
