With the increasing consideration for environment protection, people pay more and more attention to the recycle and reuse of wasted products.Furthermore, making good use of limited natural resources and constructing a green, economic society has become an important question in China. Therefore, more firms and scholars attach importance to the Reverse Supply Chain(RSC) theory. However, the uncertainty problems existing in product take-backing result in the great operation costs.A manufacturing firm has unbelievable difficult to perform those recycle processes separately. Therefore, manufacturer should cooperate and collaborate intimately with other firms in the supply chain in order to manage the product recycling efficiently and effectively. The task of this paper is to make researches on the cooperation models and profit distribution in the RSC in which manufacturer is a core firm.Main conclusions are as follows.Firstly, this paper puts forward a three stage RSC cooperation model based on the different cooperation degrees centering on the manufacturing enterprise.Above all, this part points out three difficulties in the RSC,existing in the processes of product recycle, reverse logistics and waste treatment centre, which decide the cooperate contents and methods manufacturer may require. Then, from the perspective of deepening cooperation degree,it brings forward three cooperation models of RSC, which separately is temporary cooperation for a short term, tactic cooperation for a long term and strategic alliance for the future.Consequently, systematically analysis are made on the processes, contents, partner choosing, partner performance evaluation, models evaluation and differences between those three models. Conclusions are drawn that building strategic alliance in the RSC can make good use of resources inside and outside of manufacturing enterprises, improve core competences of each partners, and be beneficial to respond to the challenges of market demands quickly.Secondly, this paper makes researches on the cooperation profit distribution above three RSC cooperation models. For one thing, this part starts with modeling different RSC cooperation profit allocation. Then, with the help of Shapley value method,a classical profit allocation theory, the RSC maximum profit value, product retail price, product return rate, and maximum profit value of manufacturer, retailer and Third-part Reverse Logistics Provider(TPRL) are resolved and made contrast analysis between three models. Conclusions are drawn that under the stage of strategic alliance, the whole RSC gain the maximum profit, the minimum retail price, maximum return rate, and maximum profits for each partners. And most important conclusion is that RSC firms, consumers, and environment can achieve win-win-win. At last,an example is given to prove the models and conclusions.
