Research On The Profit Sharing Model In Ecological Supply Chain Based On Game Theory

ABSTRACT:In the context of developing the ecological economy, how to transfer the traditional supply chain to ecological has become the new issue in the study of supply chain management. And benefit distribution is not only a prerequisite for supply chain collaboration, but also an important guarantee for development and innovation. Based on the researches of distribution of benefits in supply chain, this paper analyzes the ecological characteristics of the supply chain and principles of the benefit distribution and gets four factors of the distribution of benefits of ecological supply chain, which are input level, ecological contribution, economic contribution and effort level. And also proposes the calculation methods and measurement indicators. Based on game theory, this paper analyzes the game behaviors of the enterprises in ecological supply chain, and determines the distribution mode, that is sharing the profit by all sides. And then establishes the Shapley sharing model of the ecological supply chain. Combined with the policy of ecological factors and ecological factors that affect the profits contribution, two coefficients are introduced into the model, which are the effort level coefficients based on the improvement costs and the ecological distribution coefficient. Finally, combined with three actual companies, the calculation of specific cases is given.
